B – Collection of Personal Data

Personal data collected on this site includes the following:

  • Account Creation: When creating the User’s Account, their first and last name, email address.
  • Login: During the User’s login to the Site, their name, first name, login data, usage data, location data, and payment-related data are recorded.
  • Profile: Using the services provided on the site may allow for the creation of a profile, which may include an address and a phone number.
  • Cookies: Refer to Article H – Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.

We will also collect your personal data, including but not limited to your name and contact details (including your email address).

C – Use of Personal Data

The personal data collected from Users aims to provide site services, improve them, and maintain a secure environment. Specifically, the uses are as follows:

  • Access and use of the site by the User;
  • Management and optimization of the site’s operation;
  • Verification, identification, and authentication of data transmitted by the User;

  • Handling any disputes with Users;

If you wish to submit a question, comment, or request via email or one of the site’s forms, by providing your name, postal address, and email address, we guarantee to use this personal information only to contact you regarding the services of our site in which you are interested.

We will not disclose your names, email addresses, or postal addresses to any third party other than the trusted third parties listed below.

Personal data is retained as long as the account is active. The account is deactivated upon the User’s request or if the last login was more than two years ago.

D – Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Personal data may be shared with third-party companies in the following cases:

  • When the site uses service providers to provide User support, advertising, and payment services. These providers have limited access to the User’s data in connection with the performance of these services and are contractually obligated to use it in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations;

F – User Rights

Under applicable personal data regulations, Users have the following rights:

  • They can update or delete their data by logging into their account and configuring their account settings;

  • They can exercise their right of access to know the personal data concerning them by emailing the following address: dpo@spac-alliance.org. In this case, before exercising this right, the site may request proof of the User’s identity to verify its accuracy;

G – Clause Updates

The site reserves the right to make any changes to this personal data protection clause at any time. If a change is made to this personal data protection clause, the site undertakes to publish the new version on the site. The site will also notify Users of the change by email at least 15 days before the effective date. If the User disagrees with the terms of the revised personal data protection clause, they have the option to request the deletion of their account.
