Inform & ENGAGE

The concept of security is constantly evolving: threats, regulatory framework, market needs… all crucial areas to understand in order to define and maintain an adequate level of protection. Our content library is an essential tool to support the necessary evolution across all security professions and to keep up with the changing demands of our market.

UNDERSTAND MODERN SECURITY

Logical Security: The Protection Bubble

As you know, any cybersecurity strategy must rely on robust logical countermeasures as well as comprehensive user training, as humans remain the greatest weakness in any system.

Continuous updating of knowledge and skills is essential to address new threats (AI-supported attacks, deepfakes…) and to effectively protect data.

End-to-end Security

This new paradigm in security approaches requires the convergence of defense systems to counter all threats. Supported by the SPAC Alliance and prioritized by several recent European regulations (NIS 2, CER, CRA), the concept of end-to-end security aims to:

  • Physically control data flows from the gateway to the hypervisor
  • Protect each component, each system involved in your security strategy
  • Secure every data exchange/transmission

The SSCP communication protocol is one of the tools enabling this end-to-end security.

Physical Security: The First Line of Defense

In the event of an intrusion at an operational site, you should consider your entire system compromised.

Logical defenses become largely ineffective in the case of direct access. It is essential to physically protect information systems (networks, data centers…), integrate flow monitoring solutions, and implement access control measures to reduce the risks of intrusion into the information system, whether to infect it or exfiltrate data (hybrid attacks).

Supporting the Evolution of skills

Adequate and consistent security can no longer be the responsibility of a single person or role; instead, it requires the convergence and synthesis of diverse expertise. We must evolve both individually and collectively to build a comprehensive security culture.

The SPAC Alliance content library brings together a collection of literature on the cybersecurity and physical security market. In addition to providing reliable and useful information on technologies, standards, regulatory frameworks, and functional and technical recommendations, it helps to understand what modern security is, how to approach it, and how to identify tomorrow’s threats and solutions.
