Can you introduce your business and your development priorities?
With 16 years of technical expertise in the fields of security and monitoring systems, we work with confidence across a broad range of projects, from consulting assistance, audits, installation and commissioning through to maintenance. We focus on high-value operations and major security deployments that are complex and strategic.
A large number of clients are protected by our technical teams. We operate across a wide range of vertical markets, including industry, energy, banking, data centers, luxury, commercial real estate, defense, aerospace, services, and telecommunications, with a particularly strong presence in critical infrastructures.
We intend to continue growing in this direction.
What are your main security challenges?
We continuously strengthen the training of our technical teams through the technology partners we have been working with for many years.
Alongside our ongoing technology watch, we build long-term partnerships with manufacturers, security directors, procurement departments, and specifiers in order to identify the root causes behind vulnerabilities. This allows us to deliver the right protection solution for each need.
Why did you join SPAC Alliance and its ecosystem of European stakeholders?
IMTECH Engineering aims to strengthen its presence nationally and expand its expertise across Europe. The team responsible for business development will rely on our partnerships, collective and collaborative events, and trade shows.
SPAC Alliance appears to us to be one of the most relevant platforms for promoting our sovereignty and making our voice heard by European institutions, such as ANSSI and BSI, for example.
What benefits can the SSCP communication standard bring to the security market? And to your company?
The SSCP protocol helps secure communications between identification devices by raising the overall level of expertise. It standardizes and strengthens security throughout the entire communication chain through an End-to-End (E2E) approach, while also reinforcing trust between companies that integrate this protocol. It also makes a significant contribution to regulatory compliance.
How do you view standards and certifications in the security market?
At IMTECH Engineering, we are not directly subject to this protocol nor constrained by it, since the equipment we market may or may not be covered by this standardization, depending on the case, for example ANSSI Level 1 certification or SSCP vx. Depending on the level of criticality, we select the right products. However, as their features continue to evolve, it is important for us to stay informed and actively engaged in continuous technology monitoring.
