On Thursday, May 22, SPAC Alliance officially signed a partnership agreement with AniTEC, represented by its President Jonathan Duval, alongside our Secretary General Mickaël Wajnglas. This alliance marks an important milestone in strengthening our ties and building synergies around shared themes and collaborative initiatives in the field of electronic physical security and European technological sovereignty.

Through this collaboration, we aim to:

  • Raise awareness and inform about contactless identification technologies, best practices in electronic physical security, and emerging threats and challenges associated with hybrid attacks.
  • Support the AniTEC ecosystem in integrating sovereign, highly secure solutions, highlighting communication protocols such as the SSCP (Smart & Secure Communication Protocol), which is designed to interoperate with other hardware environments in physical security.
  • Increase understanding of the European regulatory framework, including key directives such as NIS 2, CRA, CSA, certification schemes (EUCC, FiTCEM, CSPN), and guidelines issued by national cybersecurity agencies such as ANSSI.
  • Include AniTEC in the SPAC Alliance’s HESTIA project: a European harmonized standardization initiative for access control systems. Listed among the 41 harmonized standards requested by the European Commission in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), HESTIA is being developed under a call for projects from the NCC-FR (ANSSI). The objective is to produce a pre-standard document in collaboration with the French and European physical/logical security ecosystem, with the goal of elevating it to official standardization bodies (CEN, CENELEC, ETSI).
  • Promote and communicate about the partnership through joint announcements and coordinated visibility efforts.
  • Respond to invitations for conferences, symposiums, expert panels, and other key events in the industry.
  • Mutually share updates and news through our respective newsletters, keeping our networks and members informed about joint projects and collaborative work.

This agreement reflects our shared commitment to act in coordination to promote robust, sovereign, and interoperable security standards at the European level.
